USDA Farm Programs Administration

As an extra level of service, our agency also offers USA Farm Service Agency and Natural Resource Conservation Service program administration at reasonable fees.  The USDA Service Center offers many programs that can aid you the grower both economically and environmentally. Some examples of popular programs from the FSA office is the Supplemental Revenue Assistance Program (SURE) which aids growers when they encounter catastrophic losses impacting their overall farm revenue. The Non-Insured Assistance program allows growers to insure crops such as Olives, Kiwis, and other crops that are not insurable under standard MPCI or ARH Federal Insurance Programs.
The NRCS office offers many environmentally positive oriented programs such as Road Oiling / Dust Control Programs, Grape Stake Removal, Irrigation System Improvement Program, Erosion Control /  Farm Road Development Programs and Diesel Tractor and Diesel Pump Motor Replacement Program just to name a few of the programs offered at the USDA Service Center.  These programs are offered on “cost share” basis, where the NRCS office pays for a portion of the expenses involved in completing the respective project.  Normal enrollment for these programs is in November each year.
